I ordered this as a gift and had it directly shipped, so I didn't get to physically hold the ornament, but they loved it and were very happy with it. However, I did see a picture of the ornament in the tree and it looked lovely. As far as customer service, I had a question for the seller regarding shipping, since it was to be shipped from California to Florida. I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas and she responded quickly and shipped the ornament quickly. I am very pleased with this seller, the service, the shipping and the ornament.
